Returns Policy
Our goal is to provide a premium experience for collectors, parents, and just those “grown up kids” who love their toys. We take special pride in our packing, preparation, and quality packing materials.
Keenga Toys values your business and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return unopened items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding Final Sale items).
To begin a return please send us an email to kvmalzone@mekongmagic.com with any details about your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items. Returned items must be in their original condition, including any attached tags, manuals, intact security seals, etc. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are soiled, laundered, or altered in any way.
Did we ship the wrong item or is it defective?
Each order is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy. However, mistakes do happen. If we’ve inadvertently shipped an incorrect or defective item, please notify us and we will ship your correct order and a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the incorrect or defective item.
Looking for something different?
We understand it can be tough to buy products online, especially when shopping for some of our movie items. That’s why we carry only quality brands and we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and detailed photos of every product we sell. If the item is not quite what you expected or if you no longer want it, we will gladly accept a return.
After receiving your returned item, we will refund the full purchase price less any shipping charges. Insurance or delivery confirmation for the return package is highly recommended but at the customer’s discretion. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Final Sale
Some of our items are final sale (e.g. teething rings for babies). This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Unless the item sent is incorrect or defective, returns will not be accepted for these items.
Drop Shippers and Commercial Orders
Our reutrn policy does not apply to other commercial entities. While we still cover defective shipiments it is your responsibility to ensure the correct item is ordered and that your customers address is correct. We also decline returns from 3rd party sellers, if you buy an item we simply cannot allow you to hold onto it for 30-60 days and if you can't sell it return it to us. If you are another toy distributor and you ran out of item X but have an order for it we get it, it happens. Just let us know you need us to ship it, we can't offer you a wholesale rate however.

Shipping Policy
At Keenga Toys, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers. All orders ship the “next day” if the post office is open we are shipping (excluding Sunday and Federal Holidays) . So if its in by midnight the day (eastern time) it goes out the next day. Some items will have same day shipping. When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking information.

We use the US Postal Service for most shipments, and occasionally UPS and FedEx. For PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories, orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
*For APO/FPO addresses, transit time is an estimate of when packages will reach the military postal system. Transit time for US Territories generally takes a few days longer for Expedited shipping and can take up to 14 business days for Standard shipping.
All orders are shipped from Haymarket VA , near the Junction of I-66 and I-81 which is the same spot major retailers use for their shipping distribution.
