Department 56 licensed Village Sets are light-up display sets that allow you all the fun of lighted village set buildings which can be displayed at holiday seasons or year round at your preference. Each set features a few buildings and multiple associated figurines. The sets center around either popular Christmas themes or specialized characters such as Harry Potter, The Munsters, or DC Comics. The buildings either run on LED Battery power or wall socket (included in description) the bulk of the figures are polyresin stone.

No you can buy one building or more and mix and match as desired. Its your display piece it can be configured how you want it to be.
